We've just invited a bunch more Scratchers to help test the Scratch 2.0 alpha:
* Everyone who has ever been Scratch curator
* Collab Camp Counselors
* TBGmods
* SDS curators

If you are on this list, you should have already received a notification with the details. We hope you'll sign on, try things out, and share your impressions with us!

If you haven't been invited to test out Scratch 2.0, but would like to be, you can leave a comment with the word "signup" on this project:

In the future, when we're ready to add more testers, we'll start with Scratchers who've asked to test on that project.

p.s. We're still hoping to release by the end of this year, but there's still a ton of work to be done!

i hope all this signing up doesn't cause fits of jealousy all over the place

when you select more people for testing the alpha, will you start from the first people who signed up? and hopefully i dont need to create some huge monologue like with curator for you to actually consider choosing me.

I'm really looking forward to Scratch 2.0. I am also looking forward to seeing the source code so I can play with it (and post screenshots of the admin screens tongue ). I also hope that I am able to write some code that can be used. smile
