No. It just doesn't make sense to delete 2 million projects.

No, they're keeping projects. Other things might not be transferred though, such as forum posts.

They kept projects from earlier versions, why would they delete projects from 1.4? I'm pretty sure they're being kept.

They've already transferred some, so I don't see why they would delete them now.
