Revise the Change effect [brightness] - Block

I just noticed, that this blocks doesn't really work the way it should in my opinion. Can't explain, so here's an example:

Probably it will be diffrent because of the Vector Graphics, but PLEASE not like this D:

Actually, no, the expectation is what the ghost effect does.

No, it's not. Brightness ist not transparent at all. There is a SLIGHT diffrence, you know:
