Can I import just the stage background from another Scratch project?

Can I import just the stage background from another Scratch project?   Right now, I have to import the whole project, then delete all the sprites and sounds that came along with it.  Or, can I EXport a stage background as a graphic file?

Right-click on a background, click "Export", choose your export destination, go to your target project, go to "Stage", click "Import", import the file, and you're done.
