Even from a non-fanboy perspective, Apple's events are always interesting because they have so much influence on the market. I remember watching a livestream of WWDC in June, learning about the much-anticipated iOS 6 that will probably launch with the new iPhone.
Aside from one time in which an iPhone prototype was lost in a bar, we have never known so much about a new iPhone. Mockups, logic boards, and much more have been leaked, giving us a fairly accurate image of what the iPhone might look like -- but then again, before WWDC in June everybody thought there was going to be a 15" MacBook Air and that all of Apple's computers would be retina display.
Who will be watching the livestream? I'll probably end up watching a liveblog on my iPad, since I will probably be in class at the time. Also expected to be released within the next few weeks are the new 2012 iMac (which oddly was not updated at WWDC, maybe because all retina display production was directed to the 15" MacBook Pro), an updated line of iPods, and a 13" MacBook Pro with Retina display.
