zubblewu, in order for a bug report to be useful, you need to provide some context. What did you do to get the above to show up?
What is your OS and browser?

Description of Problem: Look at this

. But like wes64 said, you can add %b to create a boolean in a variable, which lets you do pointless (I think O_o) things like in the image.

Stamping is a bit messed up...
Plainly evident here, just click "previous values" then "bar graph."
The graph is not supposed to be choppy, that is the bug.
Also, look at the numbers a the bottom of the stage.

When ghosted sprites stamp the stamp is ghosted.
that is not so in 1.4,
so I think it should remain like that until 2.0 comes out.
Projects made in 1.4 should keep the 1.4 logic, because many games rely on this technique.
The stamp test is here
(I would've made a nice report like BoltBait, but I can't upload images
)

Why is the custom block orange? In my version of 2.0, it's brown. Huh.

Yep. And if you still don't get it, it's not a custom block, it's a variable.

Oh. It works in custom blocks.
But you can normally put that stuff in custom blocks

But if you name a custom variable var %b it does that.

Custo block, insert variable, name it var %b.

Ah! This is one of those 'won't fix' ones - why? Because it was more or less mistake that led to the behavior in Scratch 1.4. Pretty much all the graphic effects affect the stamped image, so making ghost not do that is sort of confusing, right?
We know this will affect some old projects, but they should be pretty easy to fix. Just add a set ghost effect [0] before you stamp, and then set it back to whatever you had it as before after the stamp. For example, if you were at ghost effect 50, do this.
set [ghost] effect to [0] stamp set [ghost] effect to [50]
