webcam blocks
I mean blocks like
view webcam take webcam photo start recording stop recording view videos <recording?>this would make my os okOs much better and make scratch more physicaly interactive

Scratch 2.0 has something like the view webcam block you outlined. It also has a way to detect how much motion is going on, and which direction it's in!
