Hi Spazz, welcome to Scatch! The rules are spelled out in the Terms of Use (link at the bottom of every page). Since this is a site used by many children of all ages, swearing is strongly discouraged.

about now im tring 2 animate in scratch by making a 1000 different sprites. but the FPS
isn't quite fast enough... u mind helping me out?

1000 different sprites?? hopefully you mean costumes...
The lag in scratch is there on purpose, and the only way to take it out is to turn single stepping on by shift+clicking on the extras menu, go to set single stepping and set it to turbo. Just be warned- it goes REALLY fast then.
Oh, almost forgot.. welcome to scratch!!
I'm taking a break from Scratch until 2.0 comes out. Any messages sent between then and now probably won't be read - sorry.
