2 ideas:

1. A fair! It would probably cost about $900-ish with an income of about $15 or so per second.

2. (For decoration) Bridges and rivers!

1). Maybe, though not an entire fair due to it's size.

2). No because then the people I have would act as if they weren't there, which I don't want. I'd also like to avoid adding in river/bridge detection in the people AI because the AI is long enough as it is.

add natural disasters and a fire department and police department.  Also a federal prison would be nice.  City/town hall, streets, an overview of the city with power plants, farms houses, work buildings, power lines, streets and cars, all of these would be EPIC!!!

taxes for people, population counter, and a happiness counter would also be good!
PLEASE MAKE THIS GAME EPIC EVEN IF IT TAKES A LITTLE LONGER!!! PLEASE READ MY PREVIOUS SUGGESTIONS!! Bridges, rivers, a fair ground, a circus, a military defence system, have attacks on the city, airport, and hospital!!

1). Already being added.  wink
2). Probably not both, though definitely one of them.
3). Maybe.
4). Again, maybe.
5). There are no power plants, so no.
6). Maybe.
7). Most of these are a definite no, except for cars and streets, thought those are almost certainly not going to be added.

1). This is being added. ;)
2). Being added.
3). Maybe being added.
4). Already done. And I'll make sure to put in as much work as is needed to make this game awesome. :D
5). People would drown if I added that due to a current lack of an system that can detect water. So probably no.
6). Not a whole fair, though I might add part of one an possibly the circus as well.
7). I won't add that in this version of City Tycoon, though if I make City Tycoon: Defense, I will. ;)
