Scratch problem! (using Mac) *please help*

I took a 1 hour computer break, and I opened it again..What meets my eyes? A non-working scratch! I was in presentation mode when it happened.
Problems:
•Not letting me click the green flag/stop sign or any buttons I had made in the game
•Not letting me quit out
I somehow got to the "dock" on my computer and hid scratch on accident, but I can't get it to open back up..  sad
Please help!!!!

That happened to me twice, and I had to switch it off at the wall because it froze for ages. The dock did appear once for me, but I couldn't do anything with it. Probably force-quitting will work, just do that. Hopefully it wasn't something you worked on a while without saving.
