Gallery comment glitch
When I look at a reply to a comment on a gallery, a reply to the comment I'm viewing has no image or username.

Hmm, weird. Maybe you refreshed the page or left the page before the comment had sent properly?

Hmm, yeah, that's weird. I think I got this glitch a couple of times, only happening when looking at the parent comment. It's nothing too bad though, it's just a one off thing that happens sometimes
