2.0 better MIDI

I think there should be better MIDI blocks in scratch 2.0 than in the flash player.
for example:
this song: http://scratch.mit.edu/projects/taddl/2759136
sounds bad in the flash player, but good if you download it.
Because most of my game musics are made with MIDI blocks, they're gonna sound bad.

Re: 2.0 better MIDI

Scratch 2.0 will be made in Flash, so no MIDI blocks. Also, there will not be two versions of 2.0, one with MIDI and one in Flash. (See Will there be a Squeak version of Scratch 2.0)

Who would win, SOPA or PIPA?

Flash does not support MIDI, as far as I know, and the projects will probably militia sound right when 2.0 comes out.

I now have no idea what I said.

Nothing, really. The sound blocks are still in Scratch 2.0.  smile

Since Flash doesn't use MIDI sound libraries, a separate sound library is to be created for Scratch 2.0. The current beta Flash player uses one right now.  smile  The sound library does need a lot of improvement, though, as a lot of instruments are missing and some of the sounds are rather wonky. ^^;
