if you mash the keyboard enough you can easily reach infinity
for example

It would take a desktop PC about
Infinity years
to crack your password
Length: 345 characters
Character Combinations: 96
Calculations Per Second: 4 billion
Possible Combinations: Infinity

It takes 45 quadrillion quinquagintillion years to crack mine.

1 year. Apparently adding one number in there made it become 412 years
Of course I didn't really put in my password, just random letters following the same case as my real password. (don't really want to send my password into a random web site in plain text)

"correct horse battery staple" would take a desktop PC about 154 octillion years to crack.

Yeah, it is kind-of bad to share your password's security level, but overall, I think the general idea that "if you want to share it, you can (but you're taking a risk), and if you don't want to share it, you don't have to" applies here. So I'm not too worried.

really all it would do is show the number of characters, it would still take x number of years to crack them

If you add 3 exclamation marks to the end of a 9-letter made-up word, it increases protection time from 22 minutes to 178 years.
So, everyone with 9-letter passwords, go do that.

2 seconds. I don't suppose that's extremely good?

Mine is 6 years.

Oh. I guess I have to change my Scratch password. 0.5 seconds^^

I changed it, and now it says 48 thousand years. O.o
Definately better than 0.00025 seconds XD

That would really stink if this site tracks all of the passwords we put in...
