As you may know, I have a LOT of servers running at the moment, and currently they are running on my personal laptop, however, if anyone could suggest a site that provides Cheap or free Dedicated Servers, VPS, or Dynamic Cloud Servers (max $100/yr), or a way to set up these servers (they use python) on my current hosting without violating Hosting24's TOS, I would appreciate the help and would like to move them over.

Yes, but is it shared hosting or dedicated/vps?

I would personally suggest just getting an old computer (like that Windows 2000 box laying around) and just put Linux or something on it and then port-forward only the ports you need (like 80 for websites). But if you really need a separate hosting, I've heard bobbybee uses www.x10vps.com and my hoster (the person who lets me host Chat.PY) uses www.linode.com.
I'd have to look at the ToS for each to see which one gives more privileges. But x10 looks like the better bet of the two at first look.

It's a VPS or something similar, I believe. You'd have to actually, y'know, read it.

Try http://ramnode.com, http://vps.hexxeh.net or http://fanaticalvps.com
The last one's too expensive, but the first too are good... I think I'm going with RamNode.
