TF2:
this is simple.
Ranks:
/TF2 join <Red/Blu> <Class>
join a specific team,
with a specific class.
you cannot attack players of your team. chat messages will appear in the color of your team.
/TF2 home
teleport to the home of your team, set by a admin
/spy disguise <playername>
Look like that player, but if you attack anything it goes away.
/spy hide
turn invisible for up to 10 seconds, and bumping into other players would cause the item you are holding to appear.
you also cannot break or attack while invisible.
Scout:
forever speed II potion
Sniper:
spawns with a power IV bow.
Medic:
/TF2 Healer
get 3 splash regeneration potions and has a 5 second cooldown
/TF2 ubercharge
if you use /TF2 Healer 5 times,
this command gives you 5 splash hp II potions.
Pyro:
Spawns with Flint and steel.
And bow with flame.
Heavy
Diamond chestplate
spawns with Bow with infinity
Demoman:
spawns with Tnt(tnt won't break stuff) and flint and steel.
Soldier:
Spawns with bow with infinity and punch II.
Engineer:
spawns with a bow, 32 arrows
red/blue and pink/lightblue wool
can place red/blue and pink/light blue wool, red/blue is the entrance and pink/lightblue is the exit.
however blu team can break red/pink wool and red team can break blue/lightblue wool.
once placed.
touch the red/blue wool and enter /TF2 teleport. and you will warp to the pink/lightblue wool.
Admin commands:
/TF2 admin select
use this and right click on a block to select it.
/TF2 admin regen <Time>
select a chest and use this and the chest will regenerate it's contents every <whatevertimewas> minutes.
/TF2 admin sethome <Red/Blu>
set the home of that team.
/TF2 admin classban <class>
disable classes.
/TF2 admin Gamestart
announces [Administrator]The game has started!
pvp is disabled until this is entered.
/TF2 admin manualfail <red/blu>
makes that team automatically fail. also, if redstone runs into sponge, red loses and if redstone runs into circle stone brick blu loses.
MVM mode:
To toggle MVM mode use
/TF2 admin MVM <true/false>
to enable or disable MVM.
MVM stands for Mann Vs. Machine.
the mode in minecraft would stand for Man Vs. Mob with mobs instead of machines
start by using /TF2 admin mobspawn to set your current location as the spawn point for the mobs. these mobs will be attracted to a specific spot however, a spot set by /TF2 admin sethatch.
most mobs will walk to the spot and guard it, but creepers on the other hand, explode on it and triggers a loss for red team.
with MVM blu team is automaticly disabled.
zombies are accelerated.
skeletons shoot a bit faster, spiders don't climb, only one creeper per round and endermen don't pick up blocks.
when mobs are killed, whoever killed it will get ten "kreditz"
to see your kreditz use /TF2 kreditz.
kreditz are spent on upgraded wepons. to set up a shop, make a sign with this written on it.
1:TF2
2:<kreditz kost>
3:<block ID>
4:<name>
then, players can right click on that item to purchase it.
MVM is an endless mode.

use
/villagerselect while looking at one to select him, then enter
/tradez <input1> <input2> <output>
then his trade is set to that.
enter blank in <input2> if you don't want a second imput.

My real life friend wrote:
A kingdom plugin, each person gets their own (randomly chosen) part of land, above y level 40 that only they can build in. They can choose whether it is open to everyone to go into, who can build, pvp enabled, etc.
Anywhere below y level 40 can be built in (so people can mine).
Everywhere that isn't a person's land can't be built in, but levers can be flipped, tripwires triggered, etc. (Its like gamemode 2/adventure mode there. In fact, why not just do that).
The idea is that you can build in your own land, but not anyone elses, and in the land between areas, the admins can make dungeons and stuff, and people can make traps/dungeons in their own land as well.

I do for some functionalities, and various fun activities I plan on hosting, like killer easter egg hunt where you kill mobs for the eggs. Plus the mob rewards. So, a lot of the server will be dependent on it.
