It's about this boy who grew up in India, but his family had to move overseas to Canada. Basically before they had finished sailing to the US the ship sank in a storm, and Pi(the boy) was the only survivor, and was in a lifeboat with a tiger from his father's zoo. (They had taken the animals on ship, so they could sell them once they reached Canada) :3

Finished watching it about 5 minutes ago. Beuatiful views and scenery throughout the movie, and a great story as well.

I have to watch "Life is Beautiful" for a class. Has anyone seen it before? It doesn't look particularly interesting and if someone told me otherwise it'd probably be good enough of a motivator to get me to watch it (I've been putting this off for a while)

Life of Pi was really good too! It sounds bizarre when you watch the trailer, but it was really good and interesting. Made my day yesterday.

It's always such a classic :')

My dad just let me saw Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom for the first time.
Though I heard terrible (like gross) things about it, it seriously wasn't that bad.
The "monkey brains for dessert" part was hilarious.
The human sacrifice was pretty cheesy.
Though I have to say the bug scene was terrifying.
Overall, I enjoyed the film unlike probably about 50% of the world who saw it. LOL
