I was wondering... Is there any way to convert an MIDI file (not MIDI blocks) into something like this, but with all the tracks/voices, without any downloading?
Yes, you figured me out. I want to play 6(8if?elrp(a71?1g mn2xbsa71!4 encoded with the original message on scratch with lists.

I think it'd be possible with this, but it would require quite a bit of downloading and coding.
Edit: Actually, this example on there is kinda like what you describe. It's not really that clean though.

No. There isn't anything that doesn't require downloading besides that example link I posted above, unless you were to commission someone to write a webpage using that class.

I noticed that when you open an MIDI as a .txt, even though the result is gibberish, it appears to have some sort of pattern. Could that be interpreted somehow?

Yes and that's how the PHP class does it.
