As everyone on scratch probably knows there are some pretty good 3D programs out there the thing is none of them have the proper definition (meaning) of 3D. Now I don't mean 3D as in popping out your screen I mean a virtual 3D object. A real 3D software works because
that software has a z axis but scratch has only got a x and y axis to make it 3D you need that one more axis but that is not the only thing that you need to make something 3D you also need it to render its self. Render means that an object or entity can sort of re-draw its self so how people make things 3D on scratch right now is by costumes. They get pictures of a 3D object and make it change costumes to make it look 3D, a bit like stop-motion animation. If you don't have a clue what I'm talking about don't read on.
So what we need to figure out is how to make a object render its self by making a z axis.
If you're with me just to let you know I'm putting a team together so a group can make this that way it will be allot easier.

People have made 3d programs in scratch with z axis . I'm working on one right now.

The size and positioning of a sprite on the screen can be used to simulate the Z axis. And Scratch would have to undergo MAJOR changes to support 3D, as it barely uses sprites. It's a lot harder than just adding a z axis and boom, the technology is automatically improved, and now supports 3D.

I have some in my projects, if you want to check.
