How do to make a link on your forum to another post on the same forum?

Question is the title, any help would be great and if you want me to explain the question in more detail I can.

Basically, I want to be able to put a link on my first post of a forum that'll link to another post below but on the same forum page.

1. right click the "Today 15:52:18" or whatever at the top of the post you want
2. select "copy link location"
