Hate List (It's a book, not a Scratcher Hate List. =P)

It does have curse words, but there aren't many very bad words. Only show up a couple of times throughout the whole thing.


It's basically about a girl named Val who's boyfriend wrote a hate list with her. The next thing she knows, her boyfriend brings a gun to school and shoots the people on the list. Now, after a summer of seclusion, she has to go back to school and complete senior year,  all while dealing with victims and their friends, her old friends, and the girl whose life she saved.

I don't remember the author and the book isn't near me right now =P

Yes, but it would be hard to identify with the character, even if they realize what they did wrong later.
