Project exists if I'm logged off, but not when I'm logged on.
This shows a 404 when I'm logged on, but not when I'm logged off. Is this just a problem with my cache?

It most likely is. It shows for me.
To clear your cache in Chrome, go to chrome://chrome/settings/clearBrowserData and select "Empty the cache".

I'm on IE. *commence waves of yelling about how IE is one of the worst browsers ever* Hmm... I just cleared my temp files, nothing happened.

Ok, I tried on another computer, it still doesn't work.

Is martiscratch is on your ignore list? That might be a possible explanation, but I can't think of anything else that might cause this.

If that's the case, it says "Thanks for helping us moderate the Scratch community" or something like that. I'm pretty sure Molybdenum gets a normal 404.

that isn't a 404, its a 400.
