Scratch

Have you shared the project that is giving you trouble?  It's a lot easier to figure out what is going wrong when we can see it for ourselves.

Also, I'm a little confused when you say "until I saw it on the computer".  Hasn't the project been on the computer from the very start, since it was developed in Scratch on a computer?  Do you mean the problem started when you saw it online after Sharing it?  Thanks in advance for clearing up my confusion.
