im glad,im back from vacations too,now i will be posting a lot again, thaks for the news about ge in xbox i already knew that but thanks, how did your friend get the beta?Me and my friend are Microsoft developers. We pay $99 per year for it, so we get the latest betas for Xbox, Windows (like Windows 8 for free!), Visual Studio 2012, Windows Servers series, Windows Phone series, etc. Its totally worth it for $99.
Anyone can get Windows 8 and Visual Studio 2012 for free.
Ok, yes everyone can get Windows 8 for free. But I can get VS 2012 for free, as well. Everybody can get the express edition, but I get the professional edition for FREE. I also got 2010 pro, since 2012 isnt out yet.

The Kitcat site for that server will be permenatly down. I'm working on a new one, yes, but it might take a long time.
I'm back from vacation, too, so I can help you guys.
AND I BRING HUGE NEWS! The next version of the Xbox 360 will have Internet Explorer in it! We can make GE for Xbox now! My friend has the Beta of it. It works with the Kinect, too.
TRAGEDY
Let's go call Google and hope they bring Chrome to save the day!

Yeah. Im not sure if Google can, though. Considering that Microsoft had to do a HUGE update to the Xbox OS to add IE. Maybe IE was an actual integration. I dont know. I'll stay in touch and subscribe to the MSDN network to see if developers can access the internet with Xbox apps.

Unfortunately, no. I am just begging to create Android apps. I'll keep everybody posted with updates on how Im doing on it. There is somebody who made an Android Scratch player, but he discontinued it because Scratch came out with the Flash player. I might be able to get his source code, though. In that case, I might have a start to it.

Cool
I think even just Scratch's normal flash player, but with arrow keys and space key on separate toolbars on the side like on iOS Scratch player would be good.

I was taken off the list of iPad and iPhone testers.
Also, the app doesn't work on either. It takes me to a web hosting site.

My friend has the beta, so I can tell you some key features right now. They still have desktop mode, but its more of an app now than before.
1) It will support flash, but only in Desktop mode, IE 10 app, and Google Chrome app
2) So, giving Flash only works in those apps, you cant make native apps in Flash (boo) HOWEVER, Microsoft aims for more developers to develop apps for it, so native Surface apps are created in HTML5, Javascript, and CSS3. You have to have Windows 8 or Surface yourself to develop apps for it, though. However, when I get one, I'll see what kind of events it does (mouse or touch). If it uses mouse events, then somebody can create an app with jQuery to make it go faster. They can just use a web host for developing it. When they are done, they can then zip up the source and send it to me somehow. I can then use Surface or Windows 8 to turn the source into a native app.

We dont know for sure. This is the one thing we dont know. However, things look like it will be released with Windows 8 and Surface (on October 26, to be exact).
My reasoning for this is because Microsoft has released the Smartglass SDK developer tools for developers recently. So, I can incorperate Smartglass into current apps. I dont know how it works, though, I havent gotton it yet. I'll check it out and keep you updated on the news for it.

Start with just a Scratch player. Just dont make it in morphic.js because Snap! runs really slow on mobile devices (most of them, anyway). You can use jquery.com and jqueryui.js for it. Kick in some CSS 3 Webkit transformations and you have a Scratch player!
