Can someone please help me how to make a sprite from scratch to make an animated GIF!

Do you have any animating software? If so, right click on all the costumes and click export, it should be a BMP so if you need to, get a image converter or somthing that could convert this file into a usable format and animate all the pics! Hope this is useful as this is my first post
