Problem with the spam filter.

For those of us who have popular projects, or at least me, the spam filter can be quite a bother at times. When multiple people comment on my project, giving it good feedback, I can only say "Thanks!" or "Thank you!" to about two or three of them before the spam filter notifies me about posting similar messages in too close of a time frame from each other. If there is any way to resolve this, it would make things a lot easier, and would be greatly appreciated!

Re: Problem with the spam filter.

Often, I just append a message like "(this bit is to avoid the spam filter)" at the end. That should be enough.  smile

Re: Problem with the spam filter.

I usually say the username as well. "Thanks, [username!" or "Thank you, [username!" are my most common replies.  smile

Re: Problem with the spam filter.

I have a great solution to your problem. Add spaces at the beginning of your comment. The comment will remove the spaces but not recognize that the result is the same as previous messages! Hope this helped!

That. Is. A. Great. Idea. (TIAGI!) I've never tried it though.
