You could download all of the projects on one account and upload them on the other account.

You could use Firefox and Chrome, with one account logged in on each browser.

I ment like make both of the accounts messages show up at once.
Well, you can't "sync" the accounts together per se, but you can subscribe to both message feeds with something like Google Reader, which would allow you to see both inboxes in the same place.
