Need a really good player idea for a game...

I need a really good intro idea for a platformer.

It's black and white, and it's storyline goes like this:

You are a square plunged into a world of grey. You must cross the rainbow bridge for this world to be bright, and with color again.

Intro, not title.

Any ideas?

isn't the square meant to be plunged into a black world?

Um, what?

Black,  white.

It's greyscale.

Sort of like Norse mythology (rainbow bridge) meets Paradise Lost (fallen) meets Flatland (main character is a square) meets the Wizard of Oz (black and white turns colour). You have a lot of imagery to work with there.

This is exactly what came to my head when I read the topic.  tongue
