Double Edit: The Scratch Proxy thing is something wolvesstar thought of and we both elaborated. Chongyian was accused of using proxies for getting 75 upvotes in one day, as far as I know. But he requires me to say that he was 'falsely accused'.

I see you guys are doing a section on scratch rank, but I have a question I bet many people have. What are proxies? Also I want ask you to how the newspaper is going to take form? If these would be more clear it would be great! 

I will advertise the Scratch Chatter in my sig starting friday!

ScratchRank, created by Trinary has gone from "Vote to your favorite Scratcher" to "Vote for yourself"

ScratchRank is now populated by people using excessive amounts of proxies. The proxies change IP adresses.

Chongyian is the most obvious proxy user, as they went from 0 to 76 votes in under an hour. Later, he advertised "giving out free votes" on the forums. The topic was closed, but not before some Scratchers (jontmy00 and JJROCKER) asked for votes. They were highly skeptical however.
It is very likley that chongyian was using proxies. He has been banned for it.
However, he claimed that he did not know of the 6-hour rule and it kept letting him vote. It could be a glitch, or more likely, proxies.
Chongyian also has been removed from ScratchRank.

It is also highly likley that other users were using proxies too. Many users shot up in votes quickly. This cannot be confirmed at this time.

Before the proxy incedent, some people were using proxies. It wasn't major though, and legitimate votes were the majority.

When ScratchRank originally started, it was designed to be a website where you vote for your favorite Scratchers. It went quickly to voting only for yourself.

How did the war start?
The spark for this war was KingFanta stealing some of MuffinMaster's muffins. MuffinMaster then declared war on KingFanta. Blue_Spy was MuffinMaster's servant at the time so he got dragged into it. MuffinMaster left Blue_Spy to do most of the work. Then LordCocacola joined in and didn't take sides, instead he was against everyone.

How did the war develop?
The projects for this epic war started to clogg up the front page. Many peace-loving users weren't happy about this. The first protest was by pinky9123. Later, Yoshiboy protested as well and got 6 supporters. But 6 wasn't enough. The only people who could stop the war were the people involved.

How did the war end?
Blue_Spy fired the X at MuffinMaster. This is a very powerful weapon that is (or was) MuffinMaster's secret weapon. MuffinMaster asked for peace and everyone agreed and the war cloggs the front page no longer.

Now that all the articles are in, start stirring up excitement! Get people to know about the paper, and the interesting articles coming up! Remember, the paper will be out this Sunday.

never mind, I give up... just write me as badly as you can. Try to make me seem more 'evil' also... that might rocket Scratch Chatter... Since even BirdByte is against me...

No, there is nothing else needed (i think?) for this issue except for scratch proxies report and writing. Just relax and wait for the next issue...
