Advanced page customization
I think that, for the people that know CSS and HTML, there can be an advanced user page customization feature.
This can be like Neopets' pet page feature -- Customizable HTML and CSS, but limited -- so that you can add custom sections, and modify the currently existing ones.

I kind of support but I think it should be accessible to ALL users -- meaning a page editor built by the scratch team that is very easy to use.
And of course in order for that to happen the ST would have to do a lot of work.
