May I point out that alot of the disturbing kid shows are redundant?
In tellietubbies, they would have those speaker things rise out of the ground and say stuff or the tellietubbies would always say "uh oh!"
In Mickey Mouse's Clubhouse, you always have to call "Toodles"
Or in Dora, you must say Backpack in order for backpack to sing his annoying song.
See most kid shows like the one I mentioned are redundant.

Not really disturbing, but it is about an outline of a person drawn on a chalkboard. He walks around speaking a language that is a mix of gibberish and French. His accent sounds like Donald Duck.
