DO YOU WANT TO JOIN?
What are we currently looking for? Mainly brass instruments, and people who play instruments that we don't have a member playing above. We don't need guitarists, singers, songwriters, or drummers. We need trumpet players, violinists, and banjo players. We need things we don't already have. If it's something that we probably wouldn't use commonly, we'd probably GUEST FEATURE your INSTRUMENTAL TALENT on a SONG or SOMETHING.

It depends on what kind of music you'll be doing, but I might be able to play the guitar and maybe sing.

Just to tell you, I've only played trumpet for a year and then I gave it up, but I've been playing piano for almost two years and I'm much better at it.
I'm mostly interested in classical, but I almost love every other genre that has a melody (So I hate most rap songs.)

Here's a piece I wrote. I am an amateur composer.

What I mean is stay within our realm of playing (indie alternative experimentalish or whatever we are) and I can't say I'm much for either, except for like Flobots or Gorillaz, if they count.

The trumpet part's a shame, because I think we could use a trumpet or some sort of brass instrument fairly often, whereas a piano may not be used as often, and I'm already an amateurish self-taught pianist. I'm not sure if we can use you, unless veggie really wants this trumpet thing going, we might have to regretfully decline your assistance :c

Well I like MC Frontalot and this one Deltron 3030 song and this one Das Racist song and the Go! Team which I don't think they count

why don't you try asking jslomba if he'll drum, and if we ever need trumpets or something, if worst comes to worst, we can use my keyboard on trumpet effect. (also note, I spent all day assuming TMBG was an acronym for some hip band I didn't know, until I just now realized it's They Might Be Giants :L)

I'm just going to handle drum duties if we can't find anyone; I haven't been particularly happy with the quality of his drums recordings with Frozen Coco (his drumming is fine, but the recordings are all tinny and peak a bunch)

I can do drums on the keyboards XD I used to play drums but know I dont, but when I did I used the keyboard sometimes to play the beats I was learning in my lessons... ^^
