Skits, I'm honestly very surprised at you. First off, using /vanish is OK if it's on mod buisness, which this was. As long as I picked up no items, punched no people, or took advantage of my invisibility were all good. Like I said, I had 10 dia blocks on me and was in /vanish. THEREFOR, only other mods could kill me, and one did. That mod then proceeded to not give them back, even after he understood the circumstances. I knew grass was poor, so he would craft the diamonds and things would become untraceable, so I had to take action or else it would have gotten hectic. Had grass just  handed em over it would have been fine. But since he abused his mod powers to see me, I had to take aciton.
FYI I also RESIGNED until you got back hoping you'd be unbiased, now I still believe you are, but dude, look at the facts. I took back stuff illegitly gained.

I. Keep. Telling. You.
Here's the deal, you all hate me, because I used to be in a powerhouse, and bragged. For this you just hate me, and that's getting in the way of whether or not I'm a good mod. For crying out freakin loud. Put your bias aside people. You hate me, so you want me banned for weak reasons, and if I was a nicer person on the server, you'd call me innocent. But hey, we've all got faults. Mine is I tend to brag. And for that you all want me banned. Doesn't matter if I'm innocent, you want me banned because sometimes I get a lil out of control with bragging.

Well, verdict is, I was in the right, doing mod buisness, grass killed me, wouldn't listen to my story, had I not taken the blocks back Grass would have:
A. Crafted them, and getting them back to me 10 days later would have been impossible.
B. Become very powerful from an illegit gain.

And so, I still believe I am in the right. And if I didn't brag you wouldn't have that idiotic bias, and would believe me. But you're letting hate get in your way, and just hoping on the "Rab brags, so therefor he deserves a perm ban" bandwagon.

Yeah, but if you weren't using /vanish to hunt down Grass, then what were you using it for? To have an advantage over other players? That's cheating, bro. Also, it very clearly states in the server log that you tp'd to Grass and simply killed him using /kill, just for your own reasons.

For crying out freakin loud. Put your bias aside people. You hate me, so you want me banned for weak reasons, and if I was a nicer person on the server, you'd call me innocent. But hey, we've all got faults. Mine is I tend to brag. And for that you all want me banned. Doesn't matter if I'm innocent, you want me banned because sometimes I get a lil out of control with bragging.

Well, verdict is, I was in the right, doing mod buisness, grass killed me, wouldn't listen to my story, had I not taken the blocks back Grass would have:
A. Crafted them, and getting them back to me 10 days later would have been impossible.
B. Become very powerful from an illegit gain.

And so, I still believe I am in the right. And if I didn't brag you wouldn't have that idiotic bias, and would believe me. But you're letting hate get in your way, and just hoping on the "Rab brags, so therefor he deserves a perm ban" bandwagon.

I am disgusted. People who I thought were allied with me, and who have no reason to pick a fight like this are turning. Have fun.

Though I do not agree with every single person against you, and I have no place to stand to accuse you anything, your whining and complaining only aids in keeping you in the place you're in. You're not being analytic, like a moderator should.

First off, you're only looking in the mirror on this stuff. You're worrying about whether or not people hate you and why. You say this bias affects you being a moderator, but its you who's affecting your own moderating. If you really knew what was best, you'd push this stuff aside and stop complaining, and do what you were assigned to do as a player.

Secondly, if you certainly feel that you did the right thing when you were doing your "mod business", then support yourself analytically. Work with not only your reasoning, but Grass's and Skit's as well. Use the sophisticated information from the sophisticated arguments, and ignore all of the other blabber.

Please, just open an ear, and stop complaining.

I am not going to get involved for various reasons. I have nothing against Rev, or anyone on this server. Please sort things out between eachother. We can all have a lot more fun if we all work together or at least be nice.

K, since this story keeps getting re-arranged I'm going to put all the facts into one post.
Grasslander has a tendency to spawn camp, so I have often gone to spawn and tried to kill him. One time, I caught him far enough from spawn to get him. There was a chase, and it took us about 50 blocks away from spawn. At a certain point, grass leapt down into a cave, and I just caught a glimpse of him. It was enough so I could target him. I killed grass in two hits, and then he screamed X-RAYER. I was about to /f home, but then Wafflepeak popped out of nowhere and killed me. He was, of course, elated to have killed me.
I was slightly confused by what grass said, I assumed he meant he saw one, or something of the sort. The first thing I did was say to waffle, "Could we make a deal for my stuff?"
We made a deal, and it was 10 dia blocks for my stuff, it was full prot IV so I thought it was a small price to pay. I got the 10 dia blocks in my inv/ (The logs were tampered with, and this part was not shown) I said before I went that I had to check something out at where we died before I did the deal.
I went into /vanish and headed back to where I had killed grass. I was looking around, I picked up none of the items on the ground, and did nothing, I was just looking to see if I could figure out what grass was talking about. But then when I turned around grass had dropped into the cave and had picked up some of the stuff on the ground, and had an iron sword. As another OP he could see me in /vanish. He killed me, and started to party. Now, the logs were tampered with again, or somebody did something on accident. I said "grass you idiot, I was in /vanish and looking for something" BEFORE doint /tp and /kill.
What Grass SHOULD have done as the other responsible mod was hand em over, it was an illegit gain. But he didn't. This is where things get hairy. I was slightly paniced, I was worried that he would craft the dia blocks into armor and such, and they would become untraceable. In hind sight I should have taken it to the forums. But I was pretty worried, so I tried to use /invsee to get them back, but that didn't work. So I had to use /tp and /kill. Had I delayed, he would have crafted the diamonds and a whole mess would have ensued. Now, there is the full story. Everything.
