Today I was thinking about what was better: CoD or TF2. While CoD is more popular, people tend to go out alone and not help with a team at all. TF2 is a teamwork based game. One good player isn't enough to win capture the flag or payload.
While CoD is realistic, it also is a festival for 15 year olds swearing into their mic. TF2 is un realistic, but the characters are more diverse and each class has their own weapons.
In short, I like TF2 better because of a better multiplayer, it's more fun because the different classes you can change to adapt to the situation, and because you have people watching your back and not just being alone.
That's just my opinion. What's yours?
(Mods, if this belongs in the tf2 topic, I will paste it there. If it's a copy, please close)

I personally like both of them, but I feel that TF2 has a greater deal of originality as oppose to shooter games.

I haven't played either but I'm going with Team Fortress 2 because Heavy's baby rant was inspiring.

Cod: realistic, many people play it.
TF2: Free, hats, Gabe Newell.
I think we know who wins here.

I have no desire to play either. The notion/culture of massively multiplayer online gaming repels me.

What?
First of all, these aren't what are generally considered MMOGs.
And second, WHY?

Well any online gaming community composed of many members really
I avoid it because I am quite shy, and I generally don't like social activities in general. (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Extraversi … troversion)

But you can be quite and go about your own business while in an atmosphere that doesn't force contact with physical humans.

nobody said there was nobody who liked you, although i dont think the majority of forumers would like those people
and didnt you say "bye"
and this is about tf2 vs cod, not funelephant vs everybody
Cod is good with chips and lemon but yea
They're both violent and that's not the kinds of games I like.

Back on topic, guys...
Remember, it's CoD vs TF2.
(I like CoD better. It's a really good fish and it's liver oil helps the taste. )
But seriously, TF2 for the win.

We never said we didn't like you, we said that
a) The GIFs are annoying and
b) Responding "Meh" to every single post is annoying.Just because you find me annoying, doesn't mean you have to argue with me.
when you are constantly annoying its only logical to say something about it

i dont like or hate a game for violence alone, it all matters on the gameplay

I think regardless of gameplay, violence is bad.

From what I've seen TF2 looks incredible and the only thing stopping me from getting it is the fact it takes around four hours to download. :L

Why do you think that? CoD might inspire violence because its more realistic, but I don't think TF2 because its more unrealistic and won't be able to happen for a long time.

I've heard it actually takes about a week for some people.
