So, there's supposed to be this Cloud block that can connect to the internet, right? Will it be able to connect to Hamachi in any way? Probably not, but it'd be cool.
Cloud variables and lists, yes. But they have nothing to do with Hamachi.

question: what is the difference between floor and int?
and I thought the ST did not make blocks with easy workarounds, right?
These are some blocks with easy workarounds:
next costume turn cw (15) degrees turn ccw (15) degrees go to [sprite v] change x by (10) change y by (10) next costume change [color v] effect by (25) change size by (10) change volume by (-10) change tempo by (20) change pen color by (10) change pen shade by (10) change pen size by (1) loud? change [variable v] by (1) forever //use forever if 0=0

I guess Objective C has gotten to my head; when I saw the comment, I was about to reply and say "do you mean 0 == 0?".

a] How quickly do you think the cloud data will update? I don't want a multiplayer game where the opposite player jumps across the screen. :I
b] will we still be able to put our projects on external sites?
c] If so, will cloud data on the external site connect with data on
scratch? That'd be really cool.

They have said that the cloud data updates instantly. You raise an interesting point about external sites, though...

Cloud data is supposed to update instantly, however I see some lag on the alpha, and I'm not sure what will happen when the sever is much more clogged up with a 100,000 times more users when it is released.
Currently on the beta 2.0 site there is a share to other websites button but it hasn't been finished yet, so I can't tell you how the embedding will work.
Not sure about cloud data on other sites yet.
Please remember everything is subject to change.

I heard someone said 2 minutes, but I may be wrong. If someone wants to test it with me, I could do that.

No, no, no, it's update within a second or two.

It's awesome how new features are added like daily on the beta!

ok so heres a side by side comparison of 2.0 alpha colours now and not so now
the control and event blocks are painfully bright in the new one and the new shade of green for those operators is simply painful. i never did like brown custom blocks personally and dark green variables just dont seem like the right way to go imo. finally, those pen blocks are perfectly fine but they dont quite fit in as well as the olders ones in the scripts and in the selection box:
also did you separate control into control and events just to have a place to put the custom blocks category :P

Little peak into the future for you: A blog post will be out soon and I think people will be happy with the content.
