Absolutely nowhere. The first one i hope will be added eventually, but the second isn't going to happen until we get first class lists.

Huh?
ErnieParke and joefarebrother, it's best not to go speculating about it, because you may lead to false information being transmitted.![]()
I only answered the questions i was absolutely sure of.

I think that scimonster was talking about this (and other answers like this):
3) What kinds of new string manipulation blocks can we expect?
Dunno, but (letters () to () of ()) will probably happen.

Yes...

I'm not sure about the cloning feature. Does every clone have it's own copy of its local variables or does it share with the main sprite?

Well, it should be that they get their own local variables, but i'm not sure how it is ATM.

I see they already have a draft of this over in the 2.0 site, but I'm still happy to answer questions here, since I'm a beta tester.

I have some questions:
1). Do you know of any tools in the new paint editor (for Scratch 2.0)?
2). Will sprites effected by the ghost effect be able to stamp in Scratch 2.0? When I say this, what I actually mean is will the sprite look transparent and have its stamped copy look transparent as well?
3). I heard that there will be a "backpack" feature. What's the maximum amount of items that you can put in it at a time?
4). Since Scratch 2.0 will be online, will we be able to upload music into a music file for later use in a project?
5). Will the size limit per project be increased?
6). Will there be any new special effects (ex. Ghost, ect...)?

1) Yeah, which tools did you want to know about?
2) Yes, stamps will be affected by the state (effects) of the sprite doing the stamping.
3) I don't think there is one.
4) Not sure what you mean? Music files can be stored in your backpack too.
5) Currently there is no limit. But keep in mind there may be one before the release.
6) Doesn't look like it. Here's a picture of the current effects in the 2.0 alpha:
Also, I've been asked to include that everything is subject to change.

Could you also release a snapshot of the text editor? Other than that, thanks for answering my questions!
