Why is midi sync so poor ?

Can't get BYOB 3.1.1 to keep those two event lists in sync, despite turning TURBO on and giving realtime priority to BYOB using Process Explorer (win7 x64 ultimate, 12 core x980 i7 Processor).
Why is that ? What can I do to fix it ?
If it can't be fixed, what's the closest language to Scratch which won't suffer from poor MIDI timing ?

This is a feature left over from Scratch, the delay. Try using [launch {}] to do it.
