Updating the 'Jump-To' drop options
This is a pretty short suggestion and is actually only for the sake of convenience. But I think it'd be a good idea to update the 'Jump-To' list (the one at the bottom-left of forum pages) to include the current URL of the TBG and RPG forums. The links in the drop-down options are outdated and lead to the old TBG forums, which have been unused for a long time. What I mean to say is, would a Scratch administrator please link the dropbox option to the new website with the TBG and RPG forums, please?

The purpose of that dropdown is actually to reach old, archived forums that don't appear on the page anymore. If you want to reach the new ones, just put "tbg" before the "forums" bit for quick access.

Put 'TBG' before forums?

The Jump-to dropdown is an automatically generated list, based on the forums visible to the viewer. Editing it to include the TBG forums would not be so easy. If you want, just bookmark it, or change the URL.
