Some famous person ran for a bit to end the running and then touched one torch to a bigger torch.

He passed it on to 8 16-19 yr olds, who ran to get 7 extra torches, lighting them up, then running to the 204 cones from the countries, lighting up 8. It triggered a chain reaction, lighting up the rest, then rising up to make one big one.
