Not that anyone noticed the original (glitchy) platformer Obstacle Impossible http://scratch.mit.edu/projects/tenzinkendrick/2653103 and not that anyone even looks at show-and-tell sections, but I just finished adapting the entire engine for a scroller designed by myself specifically to take out lag (not Archmage or Nitezscratch's), it will be up soon and I have already cut out the spawn glitch. It will work only online though, so with each test I upload it to one of my various test accounts to use. Agonising work, but I am finally satisfied with the basic game engine and am doing the last fifteen levels right now. If anyone read this, thanks.
