Well um, first of all it we might need to know your username if we're to gve you views...
Secondly, you won't earn that much. No offense, but to earn that much, you'd have to he consistently be getting around 1,000 views a day I reckon. Also, I may be mistaken, but I always thought you earned the money when loads of people click on the ads, not just when they view your video.
This reminds of when I became a YT partner, and I got really excited, but then the video was copyrighted so I wasn't eligible. :c

Well, yeah, you need to tell us your username
But the content of the video must be completely yours, no copyrighted music (not even clips) and no clips that you didn't film yourself. You should promote the video to EVERYONE you know, and post it anywhere relevant on the Internet. Also, posting videos appropriate for all ages gets you more viewers. Also, tags are important- but don't just put random popular words expecting people to watch your video. YouTube frowns upon this and usually results in the tags being removed or the whole video being removed. An interesting thumbnail and title are essential, and it seems many users put their titles in all caps to help grab your attention.
You can't expect to make a lot money on YouTube. The only way you have a chance is if your videos are:
-Easily discovered and accessible
-Interesting
And most importantly...
Consistent!
People like when they can expect a video to be out on a certain day. If your videos are scattered or don't relate to each other, people may unsubscribe to you and stop watching your videos.
Hope I helped, and good luck c:

Bleh. No one wants to see ads interfere with their video. Instead, try doing something else. Offer to mow someone's lawn for 8 bucks, and in two jobs, you have more than enough money. Which do you prefer: Annoying the viewers so you get dislikes, or doing real work? Plus, you need to get 3,000 to 6,000 views TOTAL to get that money. That's a lot of views, even if you are fairly popular.

Just give up being a youtube partner, honestly, it's not worth it. The viewers get annoyed by CONSTANT ADS. Once, a COMMERCIAL ad was in the MIDDLE of my video, not to mention that I see ads that are far from being appropriate for scratch on videos. I give your youtube partnership NO SUPPORT and youtube NO POINTS for coming up with the partnership idea. Only people liable to fall for scams click them.

Oh my gosh, it's not negative, he was just trying to help (Is Daroach a he? I'm not sure). Like 777w said, sounds like a warning. He/she's just trying to say that there are easier ways to make money and he just stated his opinion about the Youtube partnership thing.
And no offense, but what Daroach said is Kinda true. Not all of it I agree on though.
(P.S. Next time, use transparent)

You only have 4 subscribers? And 300 views?
I think that maybe you just have monetization going on. Not partnetship...

Oh yeah, I forgot to mention that. Her most popular video has only... 36 views.

Let me put what I said in a nicer way:
Youtube partnership is a gateway to scams, and the amount of people who are liable to fall for scams is shocking these days. I have seen cases of phishing via outside-of-video ads. They are extremely dangerous, and the amount of money you get is minimal. Users are annoyed by ads - even commercials - coming up during the middle of videos, and you cannot skip commercials. There are easier, more legal ways to make money. Uninformed people who think you own the product will accuse YOU, not the REAL makers of the product of being conned.
Please, I urge you to get rid of youtube partnership and earn money a better way. Be warned if you REALLY want to keep it.

I refuse to watch your videos until you heed my second, nicer warning. It is very important for you to read. I'm not nearly mad as much as I am concerned about you.

Alright, now you're just being mean. ProgrammingFreak properly advertises, puts loads of effort in, and tries to be humourous, which he succeeds at. Oh, yeah, don't use that colour. It's annoying. Don't use any colour at that.
