You'll need an animation tool for that. Search for a program that can export files as GIF animations. I know there's an online one somewhere.
You'd upload it to an image host, then use the img command to display it.
If you have difficulty with any of that, head over to the requests section of the forums. Some cool guys there are willing and able to help you with a signature.
