Blocks - A ReactOS based Operating System

Blocks is a new ReactOS based operating system designed to be simple and easy to use. It will possibly include a Scratch Mod, customised to the operating system`s needs.

Note: ReactOS is still in alpha, and not suitable for everyday use.

ReactOS sounds cool!
The site didn't say though, is it easily customisable via code? I'd like to use it in the future to make my own features in it!

i swear that react os is a clone of windows (i think) i know it and maybe there could be a way.
