Well, my idea is that for each category, there should be a way to see the Top Viewed, etc. for the past week, month, year, and all-time.  I also think  Most Tags should be on there.

Most topics on the front page have the See More link that will show you all the projects in that category, sorted by rank.  It would be nice to be able to see them sorted by Most Recent as well. 

I don't agree with you that there should be a Most Tags category.  That would just lead to people loading up their projects with junk tags.

That's a really good point.  Maybe it should be Most Taggers instead.
