You put it in:

Code:

Scratch-objects >> ScriptableScratchMorph (or wherever you put the blockspec) >> Instance >> (whatever category you want to put it in, doesn't really matter)

Edit: Please remove the old scratchblocks plugin!!!

You know the [scratchblocks] code that lets you put scripts in your posts?
Well, there used to be an older one which malfunctioned a lot, and it messed up the old post.
Here is what it looked like before:
