you have to "make" a pen sprite, and make it stamp, and move how you want.

To expand a bit on zawicki1fromyoutube's post above - There are no special pen movement commands. Each sprite comes equipt with a pen mode so you draw by turning the pen on (Pen Down) on a sprite and them moving the sprite with the usual motion commands.
