What makes it any different if it has blood or gore? You're still killing something, even if it is a tree. One could even make the argument that it's worse with no blood because blood and gore show more that they are really hurt and actions have effect.

Fine, but that brings us to the point that killing virtual people isn't bad. If anything it's good, because it can let out aggression without harming real people.

Ohyeah, because we have so much proof for that being the SOLE factor of a murder.

Any case of murder reported by the media (which feeds on sensationalism and negativity) was actually just very deep psychological problems that may or may not have been finally burst out by playing a video game. And most of the time I doubt even the fact they were a gamer had an effect.
