you bassicly get to order people and take control of meetings. you can also arrange advertising. help get the word out. Order like the co-manager to do some of your jobs, take orders from me, Have a large say in what we do and tell everyone but me what to do. XD

You know what you should put in an app? Example of his/her project, so you know how good they are at it. And you shouldn't give someone an important role like 'manager' or 'Lead ---' until you know how good they are at it. Example of a good app base:
Why would you like to join?
Will you check in every day here?
How active are you (--/10) ?
What role do you want (No lead roles, they are earned not first come first serve)?
How good do you consider yourself at that role (--/10) ?

Well, you could be an intern, Meaning you dont quite help lot with the programming or graphics, but you can vote, and you ccan help with advertising, and you will have a reserved spot for when you become a scratcher
