Need help with dress up game?

Hellloo...I'm kinda stupid so I need help. I want to be able to drag my sprites on to my pikachus body after the green flag is pressed...though I'm not sure what exactly I have to put to do that? Can someone help me out with this?

Certainly  smile  at the top in the middle to the right of your sprite, there will be a picture of a lock, set it to what you want, and it will be draggable online  smile
