Yeah, just give me the website and upload the files there.

Have 9 seperate webpages,8 for each different category of scratchblock, with a description of how to do it in HTML/CSS/Javascript, and have the 9'th one be the homepage with some basic syntax rules.

Not on weebly.
There should be something that allows you to import files but under a certain MB limit. I am pretty handy at website creating if you need any help

Wait! How about this: We all make a email acount spicificley for this collab, and email the link to each other with that account.

No, kind of like a test account for each of us, and instead of using our noraml email, we use that test email so no personal information is given. BE WARNED: I'm gonna give my email account a ridiculous name. 
Of course, we could have an account email as well.

answer the security questions to change your password, or if you linked that account to your personal gmail account, then see if you can get a new password for it.
