IP's are not a security list. Every website you've ever visited knows it. Many ISPs have dynamic IP addresses, which mean they change every X hours (usually 24, 48, a week, or a month). As long as you're behind either a router or a software firewall (configured with a moderate firewall), there is virtually no risk, unless you permit the firewall to allow certain (or all) ports, and the ports must be running servers that have major security flaws.

If you enter it into Google it generally comes up with your location, though.
